	Cleaned $_SESSION references out of makemelody.php
	and rewrote the useful files section of the index.

	Added a preg_replace on user input in scale.php. 
	I don't think there was	a vulnerability but this
	stops the other regex from complaining because 
	users are limited to a subset of regex characters
	i.e. no URLS.
